Step one: All Options – Email Preferences – Alert me with scan results of this severity level or greater: HIGH. All options should be checked except for Email me when Wordfence is automatically updated, Alert me when someone with administrator access signs in, Alert me when a non-admin user signs in, and only alert me when that user signs in from a new device.

Step two: All options – scan options – general options – All options should be checked except for Scan images, binary, and other files as if they were executable.
Step three: Save all changes.
Step four: Go to Wordfence – Scan – Start new scan
