Proposal Summary
  1. SPONSOR PACKAGE: Blue Million will create a sponsorship package for Presenting Sponsors of the planned new design of the Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame (KPFHOF) website. Blue Million and the KPFHOF will select potential sponsors and once identified, Blue Million will present the sponsorship opportunity. If a sponsor or sponsors are found at or above the expense level, Blue Million will build the 2025 REDESIGN as below.
  2. REVENUE SPLIT: Sponsorship revenue will split 50/50 after deducting Blue Million expenses of $7,575 as listed below. These fees are one-time only and none are recurring except hosting fees of $490 annually. These recurring fees may replace existing GoDaddy hosting fees.
  3. IMMEDIATE BIG GAME TAILGATE PARTY UPDATE: Blue Million will create a BIG GAME TAILGATE PARTY update to the existing site that promotes the Big Game event and directs users to the ticket purchase page. If a sponsor is not found, KPFKOF may opt out of the 2025 REDESIGN proposal and would not be obligated to any payment to Blue Million except the BIG GAME update ($800).
  4. 2025 REDESIGN: Blue Million will redesign the Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame website (KYProFootballHOF.org) with contemporary standards using responsive design. Blue Million will also add full-width home and landing page graphics, design new profiles for inducted athletes and integrate eCommerce/donation software. Blue Million will create a player profile template and template pages for 117 inductees. Blue Million will fully design at least 3 specific players as models for an intern or others to complete the full content detail over the course of 2025.
    • VALUE IN KIND: Blue Million will provide the new website with $2,500 value-in-kind in exchange for branding recognition and event attendance.
    • INTERN MANAGEMENT Blue Million will also help organize an intern/volunteer opportunity for an aspiring sports journalist who will be tasked with publishing athlete profiles after the launch of the new website. Blue Million will provide training on how to publish and provide any guidance needed over the course of the year.
  5. TERM: This agreement commences on January 22, 2025 and expires on January 21, 2026 unless extended by agreement of both parties.
