| Proposal Summary | Blue Million will design, develop, and host a new website for the Arkansas Thoroughbred Breeders’ & Horsemen’s Association (ATBHA), featuring a modern design, a fully responsive layout, and an upgraded mega-navigation menu for improved usability. The redesigned homepage will be crafted to attract new members while clearly presenting ATBHA’s mission, program benefits, stallion and farm directories, and advertising opportunities. The end result will be a clean, intuitive, and engaging platform that strengthens ATBHA’s digital presence and better serves breeders, owners, and industry partners. Blue Million will utilize high-resolution imagery provided by ATBHA to create a visually compelling user experience. New sponsor opportunities will be developed through thoughtfully placed advertising positions throughout the site, helping ATBHA increase visibility for supporters and generate additional revenue. All existing newsletters will be imported into the new WordPress website for continued access and archival value. The new site will incorporate BlueSuite tools, including image optimization, security scans, two-factor authentication, daily backups, and integrated Google Analytics. ATBHA staff and editors will receive secure, authenticated access to manage and update content with ease. The site will be built on WordPress and hosted on Google Cloud via Kinsta, with global content delivery powered by CloudFront to ensure exceptional speed, performance, and reliability.
