Chevron Support (20 Hours Annually)
Blue Million will provide the Rotary Club with 20 hours of annual “Chevron Support,” ensuring priority assistance for website updates throughout the year. These hours will cover:

Phase 2 Primary Upgrades

  • Enhanced navigation, including mega menus with event listings (e.g., Pickle N Pints and Around the World).

  • Simplified navigation listings for improved usability.

  • Upload and integration of custom photography (photos provided by Rotary).

  • Addition of a QR code linking to the pollinator garden map.

  • Other site improvements as identified.

  • Up to two rounds of edits per component.

Weekly Updates & Training
Blue Million will:

  • Organize training sessions for Rotary Club Committee members and volunteers to handle weekly updates.

  • Provide direct assistance on weekly updates when volunteer capacity is insufficient.

Rotary Club Contributions

In exchange, the Rotary Club will provide Blue Million with the following benefits:

  • One Rotary Club membership ($693 value).

  • Digital Presenting Sponsor recognition on RotaryLexKY.org.

  • Weekly Wheel Horse ad ($360 value) plus quarterly service highlights.

  • Lunch sponsorship ($1,000 value), including signage and a Blue Million representative at the table.

  • Two tickets to Dancing with the Lexington Stars ($450 value).

  • Event Sponsorships:

    • Pickle N Pints – November 15, 2025

    • Around the World Food & Cultural Showcase – January 29, 2026

    • Large Club Conference – September 27, 2026
