STATEMENT OF WORK VERSION 1.11 - TIMELINE: May 5 - May 31, 2025

SOW Execution

• Upgrade CMMC App Logging (Automated) - Logging all database actions to track changes for development and eventually for customers' tracking of changes by individual user. (4 hours)
• Continue work on SSP [TES] - Making inputs persistent, tying front-end interface to database. (36 hours)
• Finalize Salesforce Integration - sending user signups and contact updates to Salesforce via API and Gravity Forms (8 hours)
• CamelotSecure Chatbot (Myrddin) - Chatbot implementation via Botpress with CMMC-based workflow using Gemini Flash 2.0 (others available) and future HITL (Human in the Loop) and RAG capability. (16 hours)
• Research Linking Artifact to Multiple Objectives - feature enhancement to allow more logical linking of Artifacts. (8 hours)
• Plan for customer data retention policy. (2 hours)

Testing and Team Meetings

• Move from Dev to Staging - move finished code from 1.10 and 1.11 to Staging server for testing by Katie and others. (4 hours)
• Promote code to Production - once 1.10 and 1.11 updates are tested on Staging, move to live Production server. (3 hours)
• Team meetings/Standups - (10 hours)
