Proposal Summary

CMMC Version 1.9 Statement of Work - Expected completion: March 31, 2025:

  • Feature Upgrades
    • TES Request 27/36: Show which user makes edits or enters comments into the implementation statement. Currently displays time/date stamp only. (8 hours)
    • TES Request 32/39: Increase field size for Implementation Statement to allow more detail and improve UI of the list table. (3 hours)
    • TES Request 31/38: Revise "Met" status so it checks "Implementation Method" (O,I,T), having an artifact designated, or entering an Implementation Statement. (16 hours)
    • Activity logging: Identify what data and when will be logged and recorded during user updates and changes. Exists now, but is limited. (6 hours)
    • Free Trial Process Upgrades
      • Require business domain emails for Free Trials. This assures appropriate business contact and competitor lurking by preventing hidden identities through services like gmail or hotmail. (4 hours)
      • Base Free Trials based on a limited number of controls so that customers can sample the dashboard, but prevent a full assessment during the Free Trial period. (8 hours)
  • Security Enhancements:
    • Set automatic session expiration for idle sessions so that user is logged out if inactive for a period of time. Curently set for timed expiration whether active or not, this adds one more factor. (3 hours)
    • Conduct review of Access Controls to verify roles are properly confined to the user's role. In place now, this will confirm and add documentation. (3 hours)
    • Remove metadata from WP pages so that version numbers and other data is hidden. (2 hours)
  • Marketing Process Upgrade
    • Incorporate SalesForce API for customer linking. Set up connections so that new customer data is imported into proper channels for alerts and marketing interaction. (4 hours)
  • Development Process
    • Identify what needs to change for WP to run in Docker. Docker allows containerized development. (12 hours)
