Proposal Summary

Update ifhaonline.org to an aesthetically impressive design with a contemporary presentation of IFHA resource tools, jockey standings, races, and ranking information as detailed. Incorporation of JCIS API tools and other dynamic data with automation and authorized user interfaces. Responsive and mobile compatibility across multiple screen sizes. Incorporation of Longines sponsorship elements in the most impactful ways.

BlueSuite tools for image optimization, security scans, 2FA authentication, daily backups, and analytics. 24x7 monitoring and availability. Authenticated editor/user access and WordPress hosting on Google Cloud via Kinsta with CloudFront distribution. Hosting and software / security updates for one year.

Additions:

  • Enhanced Development time on key features to allow for insights gained during discovery and early build testing.
  • Discovery phase included to map specific tech strategy for key features.
  • Revision phase added to allow for modifications as IFHA stakeholders review and comment.
  • After-launch Support added for updates

Projected Timeline:

  • Discovery / Initial Design: 2 weeks
  • Primary Build: 6 weeks
  • Testing / Internal Review / SEO: 2 weeks
  • Review and Revisions: 2 weeks

Proposed Terms: 4 Payments over 4 months with first payment (25%) on execution, and final payment adjusted at launch. Resource usage tracking provided through course of build.
