All external videos should be hosted on Vimeo. Local hosting on the Kinsta-served site is against their terms of service and is an expensive bandwidth option as well. The timcam@gmail.com account should be used for all external clients with the exception of Wrangler Network, which should use q@bluemillion.com.

If clients are maintaining the site on their own use plugin WP Upload Restriction to set what types of files can be uploaded to the media library per user’s status.
