1. Clients are determined based on who gets emailed an invoice. If a given company has several contacts that purchase independent of one another, they should be set up as individual clients.

2. Harvest, Google Drive, Kinsta, and everywhere possible should follow the same naming conventions and are oriented around the Project Name.
3. Google File Folders should have a uniform structure. Not all need every folder, but universal folders are:

   • Checklists
   • Client Files
   • Creative
   • Data
   • Proposals And Agreements
   • Proposed
   • Signed
   • Invoicing
   • Research And Background
