Refer to the Client “Checklist”

  • Verify final backup to Tubby Archive, move tubby folder to Archived clients
  • Remove from automatic domain renewal if applicable
  • Remove external services (Avada, Wufoo, Formsite, woocommerce add ons, etc.)
  • Unlink and log Avada theme license in my.avada.com
  • Remove site from Google Search Console
  • Verify site and email are directed to outside vendor.
  • Verify that all alternate domains pointed correctly
  • Remove as Google Analytics user
  • Remove Google Analytics Reports
  • Tag as Client Archive within 1Password
  • On Drive, move from Client folder into Archived Folder
  • Remove from WP Manage
  • Remove from automatic billing
  • Archive client in quickbooks
  • Delete from hosting server
  • Delete from Authy
  • Flag as closed account in the CRM Airtable
  • Archive project in HarvestSend closed account note
